Sidhu had resigned from the post of Punjab Congress President on Tuesday afternoon. Shortly after this, Treasurer Gulzar Inder Chahal also resigned. After this, Sidhu's strategic advisor, former DGP Muhammad Mustafa's wife, and cabinet minister Razia Sultana also resigned from the ministerial post. An important reason for Sidhu's displeasure
