Heavy rains lashed Telangana on Friday. Due to the heavy rains, the water level of many rivers and streams in Telangana came in spate, while in many areas there was a flood-like situation. Water entered the house and shop, while in many areas, water accumulated till the knees on the roads. After heavy rains, water was visible everywhere in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana

In the Old City area, there is a flood on the roads. The velocity of the water on the road was so fast that even the vehicles were seen flowing in the water. In many areas of Hyderabad, the situation became very bad. In many areas including Vanasthalipuram of the city, the movement of people has come to a standstill due to waterlogging on the road.
At the same time, there are reports of two people being swept away from the Vasthalipuram area. According to news agency ANI, Purushottam of ACP has also confirmed this. The ACP has said that two people have been washed away due to an overflow of drain water.
