Mr. Vijay Gupta was born in smalltown Bihar. He had a dream of becoming a fashion designer for which, he was ridiculed by those close to him. He then entered the banking industry and achieved great heights, yet the dream of being a fashion designer lingered on. After his marriage to Mrs. Archana Gupta, he saw the same dream of being a fashion designer in her eyes. A dream that he made true by sending her to fashion school and launching the brand Rauniyar Lifestyles.
Today Mrs. Archana Gupta’s creativity has given rise to a global brand Rauniyar Lifestyles that promotes the traditional saree to our youth by offering them classy, power-packed, and feminine designs that take one’s breath away.
Her brand was recently featured in the latest Bollywood blockbuster “Gangubai Kathiyawadi” in which Bollywood superstar and youth icon Ms. Alia Bhatt was seen wearing the gorgeous sarees made by Rauniyar Lifestyles.
Rauniyar Lifestyle also has a foundation that is a source of employment to thousands of women in the rural sector and has given a work from home opportunity to women to become resellers in a global market.
Their vision for the future is to have at least one woman in each household to represent Rauniyar Lifestyles and increase the household's per capita income.
