Stock Market Updates:Market decline increased, Sensex 59200 and Nifty below 17650, Banking, IT shares fall

The market opened with a fall on Wednesday, a day before the monthly expiry. Sensex opened at 59,296 and Nifty opened at 17,657. At present, Sensex is trading 270 points down at 59,400 and Nifty is down 90 points at 17,650.

Out of 30 stocks of Sensex, 22 shares are trading with weakness and 8 shares are trading with gains. In which the shares of HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Bajaj Auto are trading falling more than 1%. On the other hand, the shares of Power Grid are trading with a gain of 1%.

Banking and auto stocks are seeing pressure in the market. On NSE, Nifty Bank is trading with a decline of about 1.5 percent and Auto Index 1% more. On the other hand, the market is getting support from the pharma index. The Pharma index is trading up about a half percent.

The condition of a top gainer and loser shares in the major indices of the stock market

2,875 shares are being traded on BSE. In which 1,499 shares are seen with an increase and 1,231 shares are seen trading in the red mark. With this, the total market cap of companies listed on BSE has crossed Rs 259 lakh crore. Earlier on Tuesday, the Sensex fell 410 points to 59,667 and the Nifty fell 106 points to close at 17,748.

Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC opens from today IPO of asset management company Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC has opened. Investors will be able to bid for investments till October 1. The company has fixed the issue price band at Rs 695-712 per share. The company plans to raise Rs 2,768 crore through the issue.
