Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said that the third wave has arrived in the country and the fifth wave has arrived in Delhi. It seems that today there will be around 10,000 positive cases and the positivity rate will be around 10%.

Jain also told a big thing that genome sequencing to check whether Omicron is there or not is not possible now because a large number of patients are coming. He said that now sample sequencing is happening and it has been confirmed that the Omicron variant has arrived in the country.
Jain told that now the capacity of corona testing has also increased in Delhi. It was told that earlier 50-60 thousand tests were done daily. But now there is a capacity to conduct three lakh tests daily. He said that we have taken the first steps to stop the spread of corona, imposed restrictions so that it can be stopped, and we are also preparing for treatment.
