असम और मणिपुर में ड्रग्स के खिलाफ की जंग : असम-मणिपुर पुलिस ने मादक पदार्थ बेगम सितारा बेगम, सूमी इस्लाम, सना खान को गिरफ्तार किया

गुवाहाटी: नॉर्थ ईस्ट में नार्को जिहाद चरम पे है ,असम और मणिपुर में ड्रग्स के खिलाफ असम  सरकार की जंग के बाद ड्रग रैकेट बार-बार अपना तौर-तरीका बदल रहे हैं. अब महिला "ड्रग्स बेगम" नॉर्थ ईस्ट में ड्रग पेडलिंग की प्रभारी हैं। असम और मणिपुर पुलिस ने दो दिनों में ऐसी तीन नशीले पदार्थों की बेगमों को गिरफ्तार किया है। नगांव पुलिस ने बुधवार (20 अक्टूबर) को कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद कुख्यात ड्रग सरगना सितारा बेगम को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की।

नगांव पुलिस टीम ने गुप्त सूचना के बाद चपरमुख रेलवे स्टेशन को घेर लिया। पुराने जमाने के ड्रग माफिया सितारा बेगम और उनका गैंग नगालैंड से पैसेंजर ट्रेन में ड्रग्स लेकर जा रहे थे. पुलिस ने सितारा बेगम और उसके गिरोह ऐनुल हक, रशीदुल हक और वाडीकुल इस्लाम को थाने से गिरफ्तार कर 85 लाख की हेरोइन जब्त की है.

नगांव के एसपी आनंद मिश्रा ने कहा कि वे पुराने जमाने के माफिया रहे हैं और उनके लिए छोटे-छोटे तस्करों की एक बड़ी फौज के साथ ड्रग्स के धंधेबाज काम कर रहे हैं. यह रैकेट अब नगांव जिले के ग्रामीण इलाकों में ड्रग्स की तस्करी कर रहा है.

सोनितपुर जिले के पुलिस उपाधीक्षक सुधान्या, सुकलाबैद्य और टीम के नेतृत्व में असम पुलिस द्वारा एक अन्य अभियान में ड्रग माफिया सुमी दास इस्लाम को गिरफ्तार किया गया। पुलिस टीम ने सुमी दास इस्लाम नाम के एक व्यक्ति के घर पर छापा मारा और भारी मात्रा में ब्राउन शुगर जब्त की। सुमी दास इस्लाम अपने लव जिहादी पति नजरूल इस्लाम उर्फ ​​सुनू के साथ सोनितपीर जिले में ड्रग रैकेट चलाता है। पुलिस टीम ने 75 प्लास्टिक कंटेनर बरामद किए जिनमें 13.5 ग्राम संदिग्ध ब्राउन शुगर, 5900 रुपये नकद और चार मोबाइल हैंडसेट शामिल थे। आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

मणिपुर में, एक महिला ड्रग पेडलर को मंगलवार को इंफाल पूर्वी जिले के नारकोटिक्स एंड अफेयर्स ऑफ बॉर्डर (NAB) द्वारा गिरफ्तार किया गया था और उसके पास से 72 लाख रुपये की हेरोइन जब्त की गई थी।

मणिपुर के मुख्यमंत्री एन बीरेन ने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा, "मणिपुर ड्रग कार्टेल को अपंग बना रहा है। नारकोटिक सेल, इंफाल ईस्ट पुलिस और स्थानीय अधिकारियों की एक संयुक्त टीम ने यारीपोक में एक महिला से 72 लाख मूल्य के हेरोइन पाउडर के 30 साबुन के मामले जब्त किए हैं। हम तब तक चैन से नहीं बैठेंगे जब तक नशीली दवाओं का धंधा खत्म नहीं हो जाता।"

मणिपुर पुलिस ने विश्वसनीय सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए यारीपोक तुलिहाल टूबोकू के मोहम्मद अयूब खान की पत्नी 37 वर्षीय सना खान को गिरफ्तार कर लिया. जांच करने पर, एक बैग में 360 ग्राम वजन के हेरोइन पाउडर के 30 साबुन के डिब्बे पाए गए। पुलिस ने बताया कि जब्त मादक पदार्थ की अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार कीमत करीब 72 लाख रुपये हो सकती है। सना खान एक सार्वजनिक शौचालय में ड्रग्स छिपाने की कोशिश कर रही थीं। पुलिस टीम ने महिला आरक्षक व जिलाधिकारी के साथ मौके पर छापेमारी कर मादक पदार्थ जब्त किया है.

तदनुसार, सना को औपचारिकताओं का पालन करते हुए मौके से गवाहों की उपस्थिति में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। गिरफ्तार सना खान और उसका पति अपने अधीन काम करने वाले कई ड्रग पेडलर्स के साथ ड्रग रैकेट चलाते हैं, उसने शुरुआती पूछताछ में कबूल किया। गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति और जब्त नशीली दवाओं को आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए एंड्रो पुलिस स्टेशन को सौंप दिया गया है।

In another operation by Assam Police led by Sonitpur district's Deputy Superintendent of Police Sudhanya, Suklabaidya and team, drug mafia Sumi Das Islam was arrested. The police team raided the house of a person named Sumi Das Islam and seized a huge quantity of brown sugar. Sumi Das Islam along with her love jihadi husband Nazrul Islam alias Sunu runs a drug racket in Sonitpir district. The police team recovered 75 plastic containers containing 13.5 grams of suspected brown sugar, Rs 5,900 in cash and four mobile handsets. The accused has been arrested and further legal action is being taken.

In Manipur, a woman drug peddler was arrested by the Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB) of Imphal East district on Tuesday and heroin worth Rs 72 lakh was seized from her.

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren posted on social media saying, "Manipur is crippling drug cartels. A joint team of Narcotic Cell, Imphal East Police and local officials have seized heroin powder worth 72 lakhs from a woman in Yaripok. 30 soap cases have been seized. We will not rest till the drug trade is over."

Acting on credible information, Manipur Police arrested 37-year-old Sana Khan, wife of Mohammad Ayub Khan of Yaripok Tulihal Tuboku. On examination, 30 soap cans of heroin powder weighing 360 grams were found in a bag. Police said that the international market value of the seized drug could be around Rs 72 lakh. Sana Khan was trying to hide drugs in a public toilet. The police team along with women constable and district magistrate raided the spot and seized narcotics.

Accordingly, Sana was arrested from the spot in the presence of witnesses following the formalities. Arrested Sana Khan and her husband run a drug racket with several drug peddlers working under them, she confessed in the initial interrogation. The arrested person and the seized drugs have been handed over to Andro Police Station for further legal action.
