UP: Photo of Mohan Bhagwat put on hoarding without permission in Muzaffarnagar, FIR registered
When the owner of the advertising company put a photo of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in his hoarding without permission, a case has been registered in this matter. This case is of the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The Civil Line Police Station of Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh has started further proceedings by registering an FIR against the owner of Reshu Advertising Company, Satya Prakash Reshu, for putting RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's photo on the hoarding without permission.
Actually, hoardings were put up by Satya Prakash Reshu, owner of Reshu Advertising Company, on Delhi-Dehradun National Highway 58 located in Muzaffarnagar district, in which RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's photo was promoted.
If the complaint was lodged in the police station, then the case was registered
Regarding this, a complaint was given by Surendra Singh, the district director of RSS, in the Civil Line police station, in which the police have started further proceedings by registering a case against Satya Prakash Reshu under section 505/2 IPC.
Giving his clarification in this matter, Satya Prakash Reshu said that the photo was removed by him from the hoarding on the objection. According to him, he was not aware that he could not use the photo without permission.
