केंद्रीय विद्युत मंत्री श्री आर.के. सिंह ने हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात की |

केंद्रीय विद्युत व नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्री श्री आर.के. सिंह ने आज हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर के साथ बैठक की।

इस दौरान केन्द्रीय विद्युत राज्य मंत्री श्री कृष्ण पाल भी उपस्थित थे। इस बैठक में हरियाणा में निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जरूरी विभिन्न उपायों पर चर्चा की गई।

हरियाणा ने आश्वासन दिया कि वह उन विद्युत संयंत्रों से उत्पादन को पहले की तरह करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करेगा, जिनके पास पीपीए (विद्युत खरीद समझौता) है। यह 3 दिनों में शुरू हो जाएगा।

इसके अलावा अरुणाचल प्रदेश में कामेंग जल विद्युत संयंत्र से लगभग 300 मेगावाट बिजली के लिए हरियाणा नीपको (नॉर्थ ईस्टर्न इलेक्ट्रिक पावर कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड) के साथ एक विद्युत खरीद समझौता करेगा।

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री ने विद्युत मंत्रालय से 15 मई, 2022 तक की अवधि के लिए लगभग 500 मेगावाट बिजली आवंटित करने का अनुरोध किया। वहीं, केंद्रीय विद्युत मंत्री ने इस पर विचार करने और शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया।

हरियाणा ने अपने यमुना नगर संयंत्र में 750 मेगावाट की एक नई इकाई स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया है।

इसके लिए विद्युत मंत्रालय हर संभव सहायता प्रदान करेगा। इसके अलावा हरियाणा ने झारखंड में अपने कैप्टिव कोयला ब्लॉक के जल्द अन्वेषण में सहायता के लिए भी अनुरोध किया। केंद्रीय विद्युत मंत्री ने इस मामले को कोयला मंत्रालय के सामने रखने का आश्वासन दिया।

हरियाणा ने राज्य में उपभोक्ताओं को बिजली आपूर्ति के लिए पर्याप्त संसाधनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने को लेकर दबावग्रस्त विद्युत संयंत्रों में से एक का अधिग्रहण करने की इच्छा भी व्यक्त की है। वहीं, बैठक में रेलवे के माध्यम से कोयले के परिवहन पर निर्भरता कम करने के लिए हरियाणा टोलिंग विकल्प को लागू करने पर सहमत हुआ है।

Union Power Minister Shri R.K. Singh met the Chief Minister of Haryana.

Measures to ensure uninterrupted power supply in Haryana were discussed.

The Union Minister for Power and New and Renewable Energy, Shri R.K. Singh held a meeting with the Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr Manohar Lal Khattar today.

During this, Union Minister of State for Power, Shri Krishna Pal was also present. Various measures needed to ensure uninterrupted power supply in Haryana were discussed in this meeting.

Haryana has assured that it will take necessary action to normalize the generation from those power plants which have PPA (Power Purchase Agreement). It will start in 3 days.

In addition, Haryana will enter into a power purchase agreement with NEEPCO (North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited) for about 300 MW power from the Kameng Hydroelectric Plant in Arunachal Pradesh.

Haryana Chief Minister requested the Ministry of Power to allocate about 500 MW of power for the period up to May 15, 2022. At the same time, the Union Power Minister assured to consider it and take immediate action.

Haryana has decided to set up a new 750 MW unit at its Yamuna Nagar plant.

For this, the Ministry of Power will provide all possible assistance. In addition, Haryana also requested for assistance in early exploration of its captive coal block in Jharkhand. The Union Power Minister assured to take up the matter with the Coal Ministry.

Haryana has also expressed its willingness to acquire one of the stressed power plants in the state to ensure availability of adequate resources for supply of electricity to the consumers. At the same time, in the meeting, Haryana has agreed to implement the tolling option to reduce the dependence on transportation of coal through railways.
