On this allegation, Amazon has said that it itself is investigating the matter. Amazon says that it does not allow the listing or sale of any banned products on its platform.

Actually, Madhya Pradesh Police has busted a drug paddler racket in Bhind. This racket allegedly sold cannabis from Amazon's platform on the pretext of stevia leaves. It is alleged that through Amazon, some people have sold about 1,000 kg of ganja in 390 packets from one state to another. CAIT said in a statement that two people named Suraj Pawaiya and Vijendra Singh Tomar have been arrested in this case.
