देशभर के किसान ले रहे हैं पूसा कृषि मेले का लाभ |
मेले के दुसरे दिन लगभग 12000 किसानों ने भाग लिया एवं 1100 क्विंटल से अधिक पूसा बीज की खरीद की गई |

भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संसथान द्वारा आयोजित कृषि विज्ञान मेला के दुसरे दिन भी देशभर से आये हजारो किसान ने मेले का लाभ लिया। मेले की प्रमुख थीम “तकनीकी ज्ञान से आत्म-निर्भर किसान” है। मेले के दूसरे दिन भी देश भर से लगभग 12000 किसानों ने भाग लिया एवं 1100 क्विंटल से अधिक पूसा बीज की किसानों द्वारा खरीद की गई। मेले के दूसरे दिन 4 तकनीकी सत्र हुए।   चार तकनीकी सत्रों में किसानों को स्मार्ट कृषि; प्राकृतिक खेती; उच्च उत्पादकता के लिए हाइड्रोपोनिक और एरोपोनिक कृषि; और समृद्धि के लिए कृषि निर्यात के बारे में बताया गया।

मेले में किसानों को बासमती चावल की झुलसा एवं झोंका रोग रोधी तीन किस्में पूसा बासमती 1847, पूसा बासमती 1885, पूसा बासमती 1886 का बीज भी वितरित किया जा रहा है ताकि वे इन नवीन क़िस्मों का बीज निर्माण स्वयं भी कर सकें। नई फसल किस्मों के लाइव प्रदर्शन, सब्जियों और फूलों की संरक्षित खेती के प्रदर्शन और भा.कृ.अनु.प. के संस्थानों तथा निजी कंपनियों द्वारा विकसित कृषि उपकरणों की प्रदर्शनी और बिक्री पर अपनी रुचि दिखाई। इसी तरह से, किसान उन्नत किस्मों के बीज और पौधों की बिक्री से काफी खुश थे। इसके अलावा कृषि उत्पादों और कृषि रसायनों का प्रदर्शन और बिक्री, नवोन्मेषी किसानों द्वारा विकसित उत्पादों का प्रदर्शन और बिक्री ने भी जनसमूह को आकर्षित किया।

मेले में भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद् के 100 से अधिक संस्थान, कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्र एवं कृषि क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले अन्य संस्थान उन्नत तकनीकियों का प्रदर्शन 225 स्टॉल के माध्यम से कर रहे हैं। प्रथम दिवस देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से पधारे 12000-15000 किसानों ने विभिन्न संस्थानों एवं भा.कृ.अनु.स. नई दिल्ली के विभिन्न संभागों द्वारा विकसित किस्मों और प्रौद्योगिकियों की जानकारी ली, साथ ही जीवित प्रदर्शनी, मॉडल एवं किसान परामर्श सेवाओं का लाभ उठाया।

मेले के प्रमुख आकर्षण हैं: स्मार्ट/डिजिटल कृषि, एग्री स्टार्टअप एवं किसान उत्पादक संगठन (एफपीओ), जैविक तथा प्राकृतिक खेती, संरक्षित खेती/ हाइड्रोपोनिक/ एरोपोनिक/ वर्टिकल खेती, कृषि उत्पादों के निर्यात, प्रोत्साहन सलाह केंद्र। मेले में संस्थान द्वारा विकसित नवीन किस्मों की जानकारी दी जा रही है, वहीं पूसा संस्थान की अन्य नवोन्मेषी प्रौद्योगिकियां, जैसे कि सौर उर्जा संचालित ‘पूसा-फार्म सन फ्रिज; पूसा डीकंपोजर, पूसा संपूर्ण जैव-उर्वरक (नाइट्रोजन, फास्फोरस व पोटेशियम प्रदान करने वाला अनूठा तरल सूत्रीकरण) को भी प्रदर्शित किया गया है।

मेले के दूसरे दिन पहला सत्र "डिजिटल स्मार्ट कृषि" पर था जिसकी अध्यक्षता भा.कृ.अनु.प. के उपमहानिदेशक (प्राकृतिक संसाधन प्रबंधन) डॉ. एस. के. चौधरी, ने की। इस सत्र में श्री आशीष जंगले, (अध्यक्ष, परिशुद्ध खेती, महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा लि) ने “स्मार्ट कृषि के लिए स्वचालन एवं कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता”, श्री अभिषेक बर्मन (सी.ई.ओ., जनरल एयरोनॉटिक्स प्रा.लि.) ने “फसल के उत्तम स्वास्थ्य हेतु ड्रोन प्रौद्योगिकी” तथा सुश्री राशि वर्मा (एगस्मार्टिक प्रा.लि.) ने “स्मार्ट सिंचाई के लिए आई.ओ.टी.एस” विषय पर विस्तृत जानकारी सांझा की।

दूसरा सत्र “उच्च उत्पादकता एवं आय के लिए संरक्षित, वर्टीकल, हाइड्रोपोनिक एवं एरोपोनिक कृषि” पर था जिसकी अध्यक्षता भा.कृ.अनु.प. के उपमहानिदेशक (उद्यान विज्ञान), डॉ ए.के. सिंह ने की। इस सत्र में पद्मश्री डॉ ब्रह्मा सिंह, पूर्व ओ.एस.डी. (बागवानी), राष्ट्रपति भवन एवं डॉ पीतम चंद्रा, पूर्व सहा. महानिदेशक (अभियांत्रिकी), भाकृअनुप, ने भी भाग लिया। इस सत्र में श्री शिवेंद्र सिंह (सी.ई.ओ, बार्टन एंड ब्रीज, गुरूग्राम) ने “वर्टिकल हाइड्रोपोनिक खेती से पूरे वर्ष उत्पादन” पर चर्चा की । साथ ही “संरक्षित खेती उद्यम एवं हाइड्रोपोनिक्स खेती के व्यवसाय मॉडल” पर दो प्रगतिशील किसान श्री गौरव कुमार एवं श्री अंकित शर्मा ने अपना अनुभव सांझा किया।

तीसरा सत्र “समृद्धि के लिए कृषि निर्यात प्रोत्साहन” पर था जिसकी अध्यक्षता निदेशक, एपीडा, डॉ तरुण बजाज ने की। इस सत्र में श्री नदीम सिद्दीकी (निर्यातक, अमरोहा, उत्तर प्रदेश) ने “आम का निर्यात: अवसर और चुनौतियाँ” एवं श्री विपिन गुप्ता (चेयरमैन, अल्फा मिल्क फूड्स, करनाल) ने “भारत से डेयरी निर्यात की क्षमता का दोहन” विषय पर विस्तृत चर्चा की । श्री विनोद कौल (कार्यकारी निदेशक, अखिल भारतीय चावल निर्यातक संघ) ने भारत से “बासमती चावल का निर्यात में संभावनाएं” तथा डॉ. रितेश शर्मा (बासमती निर्यात विकास फाउंडेशन) ने “बासमती निर्यात में चुनौतियाँ एवं संभावनाएँ”, विषय पर जानकारी दी।

चौथा सत्र “जैविक एवं प्राकृतिक खेती” पर था जिसकी अध्यक्षता अपर आयुक्त (कृषि प्रसार एवं आई.एन.एम.), कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ वाई.आर. मीणा ने की। इस सत्र में श्री अशोक कुमार यादव (पूर्व निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय जैविक खेती केंद्र, गाजियाबाद) ने ‘सहभागिता गारंटी प्रणाली (पी.जी.एस.) द्वारा जैविक खेती का प्रमाणीकरण ’एवं डॉ रीबा अब्राहम (सहायक महाप्रबंधक, जैविक उत्पाद, एपीडा, नई दिल्ली) ने ‘जैविक खेती में तृतीय पक्ष प्रमाणीकरण (थर्ड पार्टी सर्टिफिकेशन)’विषय पर विस्तृत चर्चा की । इस सत्र में पद्मश्री भारतभूषण त्यागी, प्रगतिशील कृषक, बुलंदशहर (उ.प्र.) एवं श्री श्यामबिहारी गुप्ता, प्रगतिशील कृषक, झांसी, (उ.प्र.) ने अपने अनभव सभी किसानों एवं वैज्ञानिकों के साथ सांझा किए। जैविक एवं प्राकृतिक खेती विषय पर किसान एवं वैज्ञानिक के साथ एक खास प्रश्न एवं उत्तर सत्र भी |

Farmers across the country are taking advantage of Pusa Krishi Mela.
On the second day of the fair, about 12000 farmers participated and more than 1100 quintals of Pusa seeds were purchased.

In four technical sessions, farmers were given information about smart agriculture, natural farming, high productivity and agricultural exports.

On the second day of the Krishi Vigyan Mela organized by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, thousands of farmers from all over the country took advantage of the fair. The main theme of the fair is “Self-reliant farmer with technical knowledge”. On the second day of the fair also, about 12000 farmers from across the country participated and more than 1100 quintals of Pusa seeds were procured by the farmers. There were 4 technical sessions on the second day of the fair. Smart agriculture to farmers in four technical sessions; natural farming; Hydroponic and aeroponic agriculture for higher productivity; and told about agricultural exports for prosperity.

In the fair, seeds of three varieties of basmati rice resistant to scorch and blight disease, Pusa Basmati 1847, Pusa Basmati 1885, Pusa Basmati 1886 are also being distributed to the farmers so that they can make seeds of these new varieties themselves. Live demonstration of new crop varieties, demonstration of protected cultivation of vegetables and flowers and ICAR He showed his interest in the exhibition and sale of agricultural equipments developed by K.K.'s institutions and private companies. Similarly, farmers were quite happy with the sale of improved varieties of seeds and saplings. Apart from this, display and sale of agricultural products and agro chemicals, display and sale of products developed by innovative farmers also attracted the crowd.

In the fair, more than 100 institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Vigyan Kendra and other institutes doing excellent work in the field of agriculture are showcasing advanced technologies through 225 stalls. On the first day 12000-15000 farmers from different regions of the country participated in various institutions and ICAR. Learned about varieties and technologies developed by various divisions of New Delhi, as well as availed live exhibition, model and farmer advisory services.

The major attractions of the fair are: Smart/Digital Agriculture, Agri Startups and Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), Organic and Natural Farming, Protected Farming/Hydroponic/Aeroponic/Vertical Farming, Export of Agricultural Products, Promotional Advisory Centre. In the fair, information is being given about the new varieties developed by the institute, while other innovative technologies of the Pusa Institute, such as solar powered 'Pusa-Farm Sun Fridge; Pusa Decomposer, Pusa Complete Bio-Fertilizer (unique liquid formulation providing Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium) is also displayed.

The first session on the second day of the fair was on "Digital Smart Agriculture" which was presided over by the ICAR-ICAR. Deputy Director General (Natural Resource Management) Dr. S. Of. Choudhary, did. In this session Mr. Ashish Jungle, (Chairman, Precision Farming, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.) “Automation and Artificial Intelligence for Smart Agriculture”, Mr. Abhishek Burman (CEO, General Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd.) spoke on “ Drone Technology for Better Crop Health” and Ms. Rashi Verma (Agsmartik Pvt. Ltd.) shared detailed information on the topic “IOTS for Smart Irrigation”.

The second session was on "Protected, Vertical, Hydroponic and Aeroponic Agriculture for High Productivity and Income" which was presided over by ICAR-ICAR. The Deputy Director General (Horticulture Science), Dr. A.K. Singh did it. In this session Padmashree Dr. Brahma Singh, former OSD. (Horticulture), Rashtrapati Bhavan and Dr. Pitam Chandra, Ex. Director General (Engineering), ICAR, also participated. In this session, Shri Shivendra Singh (CEO, Barton & Breeze, Gurugram) discussed on “Year Year Production from Vertical Hydroponic Farming”. Along with this, two progressive farmers Mr. Gaurav Kumar and Mr. Ankit Sharma shared their experience on “Protected Farming Enterprises and Business Model of Hydroponics Farming”.

The third session was on “Promotion of Agriculture Exports for Prosperity” which was presided over by Dr. Tarun Bajaj, Director, APEDA. In this session, Mr. Nadeem Siddiqui (Exporter, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh) on the topic “Export of Mango: Opportunities and Challenges” and Mr. Vipin Gupta (Chairman, Alpha Milk Foods, Karnal) on “Tapping the potential of dairy exports from India”. discussed in detail. Shri Vinod Kaul (Executive Director, All India Rice Exporters Association) gave information on the topic “Prospects in Export of Basmati Rice from India” and Dr. Ritesh Sharma (Basmati Export Development Foundation) on “Challenges and Prospects in Basmati Export”.

The fourth session was on “Organic and Natural Farming” chaired by Additional Commissioner (Agriculture Extension & INM), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Dr. Y.R. Meena did. In this session, Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav (Former Director, National Center for Organic Farming, Ghaziabad) presented 'Certification of Organic Farming through Participatory Guarantee System (PGS)' and Dr. Riba Abraham (Assistant General Manager, Organic Products, APEDA, New Delhi) discussed in detail on the topic 'Third Party Certification in Organic Farming'. In this session, Padma Shri Bharat Bhushan Tyagi, Progressive Farmer, Bulandshahr (UP) and Shri Shyam Bihari Gupta, Progressive Farmer, Jhansi, (U.P.) shared their experiences with all the farmers and scientists. A special question and answer session with the farmer and scientist on the topic of organic and natural farming.
