The Indian team had to face defeat in its first match of the T20 World Cup 2021. Team India was defeated by arch-rivals Pakistan by 10 wickets in Dubai on Sunday. This is the first victory of Pakistan against India in the history of the World Cup. After the match was over, the players of both teams won the hearts of the fans by showing sportsmanship. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also tied the praises of captain Virat Kohli by sharing a photo.

PCB wrote in the caption of the photo, 'Spirit of cricket.'  

At the same time, a video after the end of the match is also going viral on social media, in which Kohli is seen congratulating the opposition captain Babar Azam and Rizwan. Also, the Indian captain hugged Mohammad Rizwan with a smile.

Batting first after losing the toss, India had scored 151 runs for seven wickets. Captain Virat Kohli played good innings of 57 runs in 49 balls. Apart from him, Rishabh Pant made an important contribution of 39 runs. Shaheen Afridi took three wickets for Pakistan. While Hasan Ali got two, while Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan got two successes.

In reply, Pakistan won the match by scoring 152 runs in 17.5 overs without loss. Wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan made 79 and captain Babar Azam played unbeaten innings of 68 runs. During the entire innings, the bowlers of the Indian team yearned to take a wicket. Mohammed Shami and Varun Chakraborty proved to be very expensive.

This was the historic victory of the Pakistan team against India in the World Cup.
