The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday announced a busy schedule for the next ten years. The most important thing in this was that Pakistan was declared the host country for the 2025 Champions Trophy. In such a situation, after almost three decades, Pakistan will host any ICC events.

The market for discussions has already heated up in India about hosting Pakistan's ICC tournament. Sports Minister Anurag Thakur shared his views on whether the Indian team will tour Pakistan for this tournament or not. The Sports Minister believes that the decision will be taken according to the circumstances.

India-Pakistan teams do not play bilateral series yet due to souring in political and diplomatic relations. Only in ICC events do the two countries meet. The last time a bilateral series was held between the two countries was in 2012-13. Then Pakistan toured India for three ODIs and two T20Is. While the Pakistan team won the ODI series 2-1, the T20 series was tied at 1-1. By the way, the Indian team has not visited Pakistan since 2008.
