मध्यप्रदेश के रतलाम से 12 किलोमीटर दूर सुराना गांव दो दिन से सुर्खियों में है। यहां हिंदू-मुस्लिम आमने-सामने हैं। हिंदुओं ने चेतावनी दी है कि वे गांव से पलायन कर देंगे। अपनी पुश्तैनी संपत्ति बेच देंगे, क्योंकि मुस्लिम प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं। 

सुराना 1588 लोगों की आबादी वाला गांव है। 60% आबादी मुस्लिम, बाकी हिंदू और अन्य हैं। हिंदुओं में अधिकतर जाट हैं। तेली, धाकड़, और दलित भी हैं। गांव में दोनों ही समुदायों के लोगों का पेशा खेती और पशुपालन है। गांव के बुजुर्ग नाथूलाल और बाबूलाल जाट बताते हैं कि गांव में पहले कभी प्यार और भाईचारा नहीं बिगड़ा। अब नई उम्र के लड़के छोटी-छोटी बातों पर आपस में उलझ रहे हैं। 20-25 साल पहले सुराना गांव में मुस्लिम आबादी कम थी, लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में मुस्लिम समाज की आबादी बढ़कर 60% हो गई।

गांव में सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण की शिकायत और सोशल मीडिया पर एक-दूसरे के धर्म पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणियां किए जाने के बाद से विवाद शुरू हुआ। दोनों धर्म के युवाओं में 2 सालों से तनातनी जारी है। पिछले दिनों गांव के मुकेश जाट और मुस्लिम समाज के युवकों के बीच विवाद हो गया था।

सोशल मीडिया पर कमेंट के बाद भड़के दोनों पक्ष

सोशल मीडिया पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी करने पर गांव के हिंदू संगठन से जुड़े हुए मुकेश जाट ने मुस्लिम युवकों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करवाया था। इसके बाद 16 जनवरी को गांव के ही मयूर, हैदर और सद्दाम ने मुकेश से विवाद किया। जिसकी शिकायत करने मुकेश अपने साथियों के साथ बिलपांक थाने गया था। इसी दौरान मुस्लिम युवक गाड़ियों से मुकेश के मोहल्ले में झगड़ा करने पहुंच गए।

गांव के कई हिंदू घरों पर लिख दिया गया है कि मकान बिकाऊ है।

बिलपांक थाना पुलिस ने इस मामले में दोनों पक्षों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की। इसी से आहत मुकेश और गांव के अन्य लोग जनसुनवाई में एसपी से शिकायत करने पहुंचे। एसपी गौरव तिवारी ने लोगों को धार्मिक सद्भाव नहीं बिगाड़ने की हिदायत दी। इसी बात से असंतुष्ट होकर हिंदू परिवारों ने मुख्यमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपकर 3 दिन में गांव से पलायन करने की चेतावनी दे डाली। गांव के 55 से 60 हिंदू घरों पर मकान बिकाऊ हैं और पलायन की बात लिखी गईं।

हिंदू परिवारों ने कहा- मुस्लिमों के लड़के कर रहे विवाद

हिंदू परिवारों ने कहा कि छोटी-छोटी बातों को लेकर मुस्लिम समाज के युवक विवाद कर रहे हैं। जानबूझकर हमारे मोहल्ले में तेज रफ्तार से गाड़ियां चलाते हैं और उकसाने की कोशिश करते हैं। गांव के धार्मिक स्थलों के पास गंदगी करते हैं। मुस्लिम समाज के लोगों ने शासकीय जमीन पर अतिक्रमण भी कर रखा है।

हिंदुओं का कहना है कि मुस्लिमों ने बाहर से अपने रिश्तेदारों को गांव लाकर बसा दिया। इसकी वजह से उनकी आबादी तेजी से बढ़ी। इस संबंध में मुस्लिमों ने कुछ भी नहीं कहा। उन्होंने न तो इस बात को स्वीकार किया और न ही इससे इनकार।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई को लेकर भी हिंदू समुदाय का गुस्सा भड़का।

मुस्लिम समाज के प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा- युवकों का आपसी विवाद

मुस्लिम समाज के लोगों ने बताया कि वर्षों से वह सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव के साथ गांव में रह रहे हैं। युवकों के बीच हुए निजी विवाद को सांप्रदायिक रंग देने की कोशिश की जा रही है। हम नहीं चाहते कि कोई भी गांव छोड़कर जाए। अगर कोई ऐसा करता है तो बातचीत कर उन्हें समझाएंगे। मुस्लिम समाज के अयूब शाह (प्रशासन की कमेटी में शामिल) ने कहा कि कोई गांव नहीं छोड़ना चाहता। 5-10 लोग हैं, बाकी वरिष्ठ लोग छोड़ना नहीं चाहते। सबकी खेती-बाड़ी है। कुछ समस्या होगी तो सभी को समझाएंगे।

प्रशासन ने कमेटी बनाई, अपराधी जिलाबदर होंगे

ग्रामीणों से चर्चा के बाद कलेक्टर कुमार पुरुषोत्तम ने कहा कि गांव में सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द बनाने के लिए दोनों पक्षों के लोगों से बातचीत की गई है। दो-दो लोगों की एक समिति प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ बनाई गई है। गांव में आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड वाले लोगों को जिलाबदर किया जाएगा। सरकारी जमीन पर सभी अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्रवाई 1 महीने में पूरी की जाएगी। गांव में धार्मिक माहौल बिगाड़ने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। और ऐसा काम करने वालों पर चौतरफा कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

एसपी गौरव तिवारी ने कहा कि पुलिस और प्रशासन धार्मिक माहौल बिगाड़ने वालों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई करेंगे। गांव में होने वाली छुटपुट घटनाओं पर निगरानी के लिए अस्थाई पुलिस चौकी शुरू की जा रही है।

There has been a tussle between the youth of both the religions for two years. Recently, there was a dispute between Mukesh Jat of the village and youths of Muslim society.

Mukesh Jat, associated with the village's Hindu organization, had filed a case against Muslim youths for making objectionable remarks on social media. After this, on January 16, Mayur, Haider and Saddam of the village had a dispute with Mukesh. To complain about which Mukesh went to the Bilpank police station along with his associates. Meanwhile, Muslim youths reached Mukesh's locality by vehicles to fight.

Many Hindu houses in the village have been written that the house is for sale.

Bilpank police station took action against both the parties in this case. Hurt by this, Mukesh and other people of the village reached the public hearing to complain to the SP. SP Gaurav Tiwari instructed the people not to disturb religious harmony. Dissatisfied with this, the Hindu families submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister and warned them to flee the village in 3 days. Ayub Shah of Muslim society (committee of administration) said that no one wants to leave the village. There are 5-10 people, the rest of the seniors don't want to leave. Everyone has agriculture. If there is some problem, I will explain to everyone.

Administration formed a committee, criminals will be district magistrates

After discussion with the villagers, Collector Kumar Purushottam said that talks have been held with people from both the sides to create communal harmony in the village. A committee of two people each has been formed with administrative officers. People with criminal records in the village will be districted. The action to remove all encroachments on government land will be completed in a month. Anyone who disturbs the religious atmosphere in the village will not be spared. And all-round action will be taken against those who do such work.
SP Gaurav Tiwari said that the police and administration will take strict action against those who disturb the religious atmosphere. A temporary police post is being set up to keep a watch on sporadic incidents in the village.
