कृषि मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर और फिलीपींस के कृषि मंत्री श्री डार के बीच हुई बैठक |

केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर से आज कृषि भवन, नई दिल्ली में फिलीपींस के कृषि मंत्री श्री विलियम डार ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल सहित मुलाकात की।

 इस दौरान श्री तोमर ने आश्वासन दिया कि भारत जल्द ही आगामी संयुक्त कृषि कार्य बैठक की मेजबानी करेगा, जिसमें सभी द्विपक्षीय कृषि मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की जाएगी।

श्री तोमर ने सभी का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत करते हुए श्री डार की दिल्ली यात्रा के साथ-साथ भारत और फिलीपींस के बीच मैत्रीपूर्ण संबंधों पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की।

श्री तोमर ने व्यापार और कृषि क्षेत्र में द्विपक्षीय संबंधों पर संतोष व्यक्त करने के साथ ही कृषि क्षेत्र में फिलीपींस के लोगों की कड़ी मेहनत पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की और उनसे कृषि क्षेत्र में फिलीपींस के नए अनुसंधान के बारे में अपने ज्ञान व अनुभव को भारत के साथ साझा करने का अनुरोध किया।

श्री तोमर ने कहा कि दोनों देशों में चावल का काफी उपभोग होता है और चावल प्रिय देश हैं, जिससे ये भौगोलिक रूप से समरूप और एक-दूसरे से घनिष्ठ हो जाते हैं।

फिलीपींस के कृषि मंत्री श्री डार ने कृषि एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों में दोनों देशों के अच्छे संबंधों की सराहना की। उन्होंने उल्लेख किया कि भारत के फिलीपींस के साथ बेहतर संबंध है। वर्तमान में भारत, आर्थिक क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है।

 श्री डार ने जैविक और गैरजैविक क्षेत्र जैसे बेहतर कृषि उत्पादों के क्षेत्र में भारत के साथ काम करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की। 

उन्होंने जोर दिया कि प्रकृति को प्रभावित किए बिना दोनों देशों को जैविक उत्पादों के क्षेत्र में संतुलित दृष्टिकोण अपनाना चाहिए। 

श्री डार ने किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के भारत सरकार के विचार पर प्रकाश डालते हुए स्थानीय किस्म की कृषि को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक दूसरे के साथ मिलकर काम करने का स्वागत किया।

उन्होंने कहा कि भारत अपने स्तर पर जेडब्ल्यूजी बैठक करें, जो गत वर्ष से महामारी के कारण लंबित है।

The Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, met today at Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi, along with the delegation of the Philippines' Agriculture Minister, Mr. William Dar.

During this, Mr. Tomar assured that India will soon host the upcoming joint-agriculture work-meeting in which all the bilateral-agriculture issues will be discussed in detail.

Mr. Tomar warmly welcomed everyone and expressed "happiness" on Sri Dar's visit to Delhi as well as between India and the Philippines.

Mr. Tomar expressed satisfaction over the bilateral relations in the trade and agriculture sector as well as the hard work of the people of the Philippines in the agriculture sector and asked them to share their knowledge and experience with India about the new research of the Philippines in agriculture. requested to share.

Shri Tomar said that both the countries consume a lot of rice and are rice loving countries, making them geographically homogeneous and close to each other.

The Minister of Agriculture of the Philippines, Sri Dar, appreciated the good relations between the two countries in the agriculture and other sectors. He mentioned that India has better relations with the Philippines. At present, India is playing an important role in the economic sector.

Sridar expressed his 'desire' to 'work' with 'India' in the 'organic' and 'non-organic' sectors such as 'better' agricultural products.

He stressed that both the countries should adopt a balanced approach in the field of organic products without affecting the nature.

Highlighting the Government of India's vision of doubling farmers' income, Shri Dar welcomed each other to work together to promote local varieties of agriculture.

He said that India should hold the JWG meeting at its level, which is pending since last year due to the pandemic.
