बिहार के भागलपुर में बम बनाते समय हुए विस्फोट में 14 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। शहर के काजवली चक इलाके में गुरुवार रात करीब 11.30 बजे जबरदस्त धमाका हुआ। इससे करीब 5 किमी तक का इलाका दहल उठा। वहीं, बम फटने से चार घर ढह गए। दोपहर 3 बजे तक 14 शव निकाले गए हैं। मलबे में अभी भी 4 लोग दबे हुए हैं, जिन्हें निकालने की कोशिश की जा रही है। इसके अलावा विस्फोट में 11 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए हैं। इनका इलाज चल रहा है। घटना पर पीएम मोदी ने भी शोक जताते हुए ट्वीट किया और मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार से फोन पर बात की।
पुलिस को मलबे से 5 किलो बारूद और काफी संख्या में लोहे की कीलें मिली हैं। इस वजह से पुलिस बम ब्लास्ट के एंगल से भी जांच कर रही है। कुछ ही दिनों पहले IB ने भी भागलपुर पुलिस को अलर्ट किया था। विस्फोट से करीब 5 किमी के दायरे में बसे दस हजार परिवारों ने पूरी रात दहशत में गुजारी। रात भर अफरातफरी का माहौल रहा। भागलपुर SSP बाबूराम ने कहा कि यहां तीन लोग पटाखा बनाने का काम करते थे। इसी में अचानक विस्फोट होने से आसपास के चार मकान गिरने और मलबे में लोगों के दबने से मौतें हुई हैं। कुछ लोगों ने बताया है कि लीलावती देवी के मकान में विस्फोट हुआ है। FSL की टीम जांच कर रही है। पूरी रिपोर्ट आने के बाद पता चलेगा कि विस्फोटक किस तरह का था।
अब तक मरने वालों में सिर्फ तीन की पहचान हो पाई है। इनका नाम राहुल कुमार (21 वर्ष), गणेश प्रसाद सिंह (60), उर्मिला देवी (70) है। सभी काजवली चक के हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि मरने वालों में तीन साल की बच्ची से लेकर 70 साल के बुजुर्ग भी है।

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भागलपुर में धमाके से हुई जनहानि पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है। प्रधानमंत्री ने इस घटना से संबंधित हालात के बारे में बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नीतीश कुमार से बातचीत की और कहा कि प्रशासन राहत और बचाव कार्यों में लगा हुआ है तथा पीड़ितों को हर संभव सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।

Police found 5 kg of gunpowder and a large number of iron nails from the rubble. Because of this, the police is also investigating from the angle of the bomb blast. A few days ago, IB had also alerted Bhagalpur Police. Ten thousand families living within a radius of about 5 km from the blast spent the whole night in panic. There was chaos throughout the night. Bhagalpur SSP Baburam said that three people used to make firecrackers here. In this, four houses collapsed and people were buried under the debris due to sudden explosion. Some people have told that there has been an explosion in the house of Lilavati Devi. FSL team is investigating. After the full report comes, it will be known what kind of explosive it was.
So far only three of the dead have been identified. Their names are Rahul Kumar (21 years old), Ganesh Prasad Singh (60), Urmila Devi (70). All Kajwali are of Chak. It is being told that among the dead are a three-year-old girl to a 70-year-old man.
