Aryan Khan Bail Hearing: Aryan Khan's bail in the Mumbai cruise drugs case will be heard again today. On Tuesday, the hearing on Aryan's case in the Bombay High Court lasted till 6 pm. This case has got a lot of attention because of Aryan's parents. When NCB made no recovery, no consumption, then what evidence would Aryan Khan tamper with? The chat cited by NCB is from 2018-19, which has nothing to do with the cruise drugs party case. That chat happened when Aryan was abroad.

Questioning Aryan's arrest, Mukul Rohatgi said that 23 days have passed so far, no recovery has been made in this case. Still, Aryan Khan is being treated like a criminal. Mukul Rohatgi has denied Aryan Khan is in any conspiracy. According to him, even if there is a conspiracy, then there is a provision of imprisonment of 1 year in this case. There was no financial transaction in the Aryan case.

Accused number 17 was not on Achit cruise. He was arrested on 6 October. The department had received information that Achit was selling drugs but the authorities could not find anything more than 2.6 mg. Several accused were arrested from outside the cruise. NCB's argument against Shahrukh's manager

The NCB has named Pooja Dadlani, the manager of Shahrukh Khan in its petition, which states, "The name of manager Pooja Dadlani is clearly included in such alleged affidavit. It has come to the fore that these women (Pooja Dadlani) have influenced the witness during the investigation.NCB says that witnesses are being influenced and this should be a necessary ground for rejecting Aryan Khan's bail.

NCB kept its side citing Riya's case

On Aryan Khan's bail application, the NCB said that in Riya's case, the Bombay High Court had held that all offenses under the NDPS Act are non-bailable.

Aryan threatens friend in chat in the name of NCB

NCB has screenshots of WhatsApp chat between Aryan Khan and Ananya Pandey. On the basis of these chats, Ananya has been questioned thrice. There is also a screenshot of the group chat, in which Aryan is seen proposing "cocaine tomorrow". At the same time, in a chat, Aryan is also seen threatening his friends in the name of 'NCB'.

Ananya is also on NCB's radar in drugs case

Ananya Pandey is also on the radar of NCB due to her chat about drugs with Aryan Khan. NCB has questioned Ananya twice in the drugs case. In the action of NCB, many questions related to drugs were asked to Ananya. On October 25, Ananya was called for the third time by the NCB, but Ananya did not attend the interrogation. Actually, there were some chats between Ananya and Aryan, in which there were talks about the transaction of drugs.
