I congratulate all the voters who took part in these elections. The way our mothers, sisters and youth have given full support to the BJP, it is a big sign in itself. I am also satisfied that the first time voters took part in the voting with great enthusiasm and ensured the victory of BJP. During the election, BJP workers had promised me that this time Holi will start from March 10 itself. Our workers have fulfilled this promise by hoisting this victory flag. I deeply admire those who worked day and night in these elections and were successful in winning the trust of the people. Congratulations to our national president who guided the workers.

Today our workers have hit the boundary of victory. Uttar Pradesh had given many prime ministers to the country, but this is the first instance of a chief minister who has completed a five-year term. Now Nadda ji told in detail that after 37 years in Uttar Pradesh, a government has come to power for the second time in a row. BJP's vote share has increased despite being in government in three states UP, Goa and Manipur.

In Goa, all the exit polls turned out to be wrong and the people there gave us a chance to serve again. Even after being in power for 10 years, the number of BJP seats in the state has increased. BJP has created new history in Uttarakhand too. For the first time in the state, a party has come to power for the second time in a row. A hilly state adjoining the border, a seaside state and a state with special blessings of Mother Ganga and a state on the northeastern border... BJP has got blessings from all four directions.

The challenges in these states are different. The path of everyone's journey of development is different, but one thread is faith in BJP, BJP's policy, BJP's intention and immense faith in BJP's decisions. These results are a big seal on the pro-poor, pro-active governance of the BJP.

Earlier people used to get tired of knocking on the doors of the government for their own rights. For basic facilities like electricity, water, telephone, one had to go to government offices and pay money. The avenues of convenience were different and used to reach some resourceful people. Many schemes were made in the name of the poor in the country, but whoever was entitled to them, the poor who had the right, should get this right without any hassle, for this the importance of good governance and delivery is important. BJP understands this. I have come after working as Chief Minister for a long time. I know how hard one should work for the comfort of the last man.

We have improved the governance delivery system. BJP assures the poor that the facilities given by the government will definitely reach every poor. I am not a person to sit peacefully without taking the rights of the poor to their homes. He has had the opportunity of serving as the Head of the Government for more than two decades. I know how many problems there are in government and governance. Despite this, he has such courage, which probably no one can do. I had expressed that courage in my speech of 15th August. I had said that wherever BJP gets a chance to serve, we will do 100% saturation for the entitled. Had the courage to take 100 percent of the government's schemes to every poor person. When there is honesty, there is clear intention, there is compassion for the poor, there is a mantra for the welfare of the country, then such courage is born.

Today I pay special tribute to women, sisters, daughters. He has a big contribution in the election. It is our good fortune that the sisters, daughters and mothers have given so much affection, so much blessings to the BJP, where the women voters have voted more than the men, the BJP has got a bumper victory. Our mothers, sisters, daughters, women power have become witnesses of BJP's victory.

When I was in Gujarat, sometimes such incidents used to happen that people used to worry that why Modi ji does not take care of your security, why does he not take care of himself. I used to give only one answer that I have got the protection shield of women's power of various mothers. Mothers and daughters of India are continuously believing in BJP. They have got confidence for the first time that the government takes care of their smallest needs.

I ask all the wise people to leave the old worn out things and start thinking new things for the betterment of the country. Very sad for this country. I too used to experience this, when these wise people used to weigh the people of UP with the scale of casteism only and looked at it with that view. By tying the citizens of UP in the barricade of casteism, they used to insult those citizens and Uttar Pradesh.

और फिर स्वागत है, स्वागत है, स्वागत है। इनके, उनके सबके बोल लेने के बाद मोदी आए और कहते गए। कई सारी बातें…

भारत माता की जय, भारत माता की जय। आज उत्साह का दिन है। उत्सव का दिन है। ये उत्सव भारत के लोकतंत्र के लिए है। मैं इन चुनाव में हिस्सा लेने वाले सभी मतदाताओं को बधाई देता हूं। हमारी माताओं, बहनों और युवाओं ने जिस तरह भाजपा को भरपूर समर्थन दिया है, वो अपने आप में बहुत बड़ा संकेत है। मुझे इस बात का भी संतोष है कि फर्स्ट टाइम वोटर्स ने बढ़चढ़कर मतदान में हिस्सा लिया और भाजपा की जीत पक्की की। चुनाव के दौरान भाजपा के कार्यकर्ताओं ने मुझसे वादा किया था कि इस बार होली 10 मार्च से ही शुरू हो जाएगी। हमारे कार्यकर्ताओं ने ये विजय ध्वज फहराकर इस वादे को पूरा कर दिखाया है। उनकी भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा करता हूं, जिन्होंने दिन-रात देखे बिना इन चुनावों में काम किया और जनता का विश्वास जीतने में सफल रहे। कार्यकर्ताओं का जिन्होंने मार्गदर्शन किया, ऐसे हमारे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष का भी अभिनंदन।

आज हमारे कार्यकर्ताओं ने जीत का चौका लगाया है। उत्तर प्रदेश ने देश को अनेक प्रधानमंत्री दिए थे, लेकिन 5 साल का कार्यकाल पूरा करने वाले किसी मुख्यमंत्री के दोबारा चुने जाने का ये पहला उदाहरण है। अभी नड्डा जी ने विस्तार से बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश में 37 साल बाद कोई सरकार लगातार दूसरी बार सत्ता में आई है। तीन राज्य यूपी, गोवा और मणिपुर में सरकार में होने के बावजूद भाजपा के वोट शेयर में बढ़ोतरी हुई है।

गोवा में सारे एग्जिट पोल गलत निकल गए और वहां की जनता ने हमें फिर से सेवा का मौका दिया। 10 साल सत्ता में रहने के बाद भी राज्य में भाजपा की सीटों की संख्या बढ़ी है। उत्तराखंड में भी भाजपा ने नया इतिहास रचा है। राज्य में पहली बार कोई पार्टी लगातार दूसरी बार सत्ता में आई है। सीमा से सटा एक पहाड़ी राज्य, एक समुद्र तटीय राज्य और एक मां गंगा का विशेष आशीर्वाद प्राप्त राज्य और पूर्वोत्तर सीमा पर एक राज्य... भाजपा को चारों दिशाओं से आशीर्वाद मिला है।

इन राज्यों की चुनौतियां भिन्न हैं। सबकी विकास की यात्रा का मार्ग भिन्न है, लेकिन एक सूत्र है भाजपा पर विश्वास, भाजपा की नीति, भाजपा की नीयत और भाजपा के निर्णयों पर अपार विश्वास। ये नतीजे भाजपा की प्रो पुअर, प्रो एक्टिव गवर्नेंस पर एक प्रकार से बड़ी मुहर है।

पहले जनता अपने ही हक के लिए सरकार के दरवाजे खटखटाकर थक जाती थी। बिजली, पानी, टेलिफोन जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे, पैसे देने पड़ते थे। कुछ साधन-संपन्न लोगों तक सुविधा के रास्ते अलग थे और पहुंच जाती थीं। देश में गरीबों के नाम पर बहुत योजनाएं बनीं, लेकिन उनका जो हकदार था, जिस गरीब का उस पर हक था, उसे बिना परेशानी के ये हक मिले, इसके लिए गुड गवर्नेंस और डिलीवरी का महत्व होता है। भाजपा इस बात को समझती है। मैं लंबे अरसे तक मुख्यमंत्री का काम करके आया हूं। मुझे पता है कि आखिरी इंसान की सुख-सुविधा के लिए कितनी मेहनत करनी चाहिए।

हमने गवर्नेंस डिलीवरी सिस्टम बेहतर किया। भाजपा गरीब को भरोसा देती है कि प्रत्येक गरीब तक सरकार की दी गई सुविधाएं जरूर पहुंचेंगीं। मैं गरीब के घर तक उसका हक पहुंचाए बिना चैन से बैठने वाला इंसान नहीं हूं। दो दशक से ज्यादा समय तक हेड ऑफ द गवर्मेंट के तौर पर सेवा का अवसर मिला है। सरकार और गवर्नेंस में कितनी दिक्कतें होती हैं, इसे जानता हूं। इसके बावजूद ऐसी हिम्मत की है, जो शायद कोई न कर पाए। वो हिम्मत मैंने 15 अगस्त के भाषण में व्यक्त की थी। मैंने कहा था कि भाजपा को जहां-जहां सेवा का मौका मिलेगा, हम हकदारों के लिए 100 परसेंट सेचुरेशन करेंगे। हर गरीब तक सरकार की योजनाओं को सौ फीसदी तक पहुंचाने की हिम्मत की थी। जब ईमानदारी होती है, नीयत साफ होती है, गरीबों के लिए करुणा होती है, देश के कल्याण का मंत्र होता है तो ऐसी हिम्मत पैदा होती है।

आज मैं महिलाओं, बहन, बेटियों को विशेष नमन करता हूं। चुनाव में उनका बड़ा योगदान है। ये हमारा सौभाग्य है कि भाजपा को बहनों, बेटियों और माताओं ने इतना स्नेह दिया, इतना आशीर्वाद मिला है, जहां-जहां महिला मतदाताओं ने पुरुषों के मुकाबले ज्यादा मतदान किया है, वहां भाजपा को बंपर जीत मिली है। हमारी माताएं, बहनें, बेटियां, स्त्री शक्ति भाजपा की जीत की साक्षी बनी हैं।

मैं जब गुजरात में था, तब कभी-कभी ऐसी घटनाएं हो जाती थीं कि लोग चिंता करते थे कि मोदी जी आपकी सुरक्षा का क्या, अपने आपको संभालते क्यों नहीं हैं। मैं एक ही जवाब देता था कि कोटि-कोटि माताओं का, स्त्री शक्ति का सुरक्षा कवच मुझे मिला हुआ है। भारत की माताएं, बेटियां निरंतर भाजपा पर विश्वास कर रही हैं। उनको पहली बार विश्वास मिला है कि सरकार उनकी छोटी से छोटी जरूरत को भी ध्यान में रखती है।

मैं सभी ज्ञानियों को कहता हूं कि देश की भलाई के लिए पुरानी घिसी-पिटी चीजें छोड़कर नई चीजें सोचना शुरू कीजिए। इस देश के लिए बड़े दुख की बात है। मैं भी यह अनुभव करता था, जब ये ज्ञानी लोग यूपी की जनता को सिर्फ और सिर्फ जातिवाद के तराजू से तौलते थे और उसी दृष्टि से देखते थे। यूपी के नागरिकों को जातिवाद की बाड़ेबंदी में बांधकर उन नागरिकों और उत्तर प्रदेश का अपमान करते थे।
