NCB vs Police in drugs case: Gosavi arrested, Manish Bhanushali summoned by Mumbai Police, screws on Wankhede
Now Mumbai Police and NCB have come face to face in the cruise drugs case. Police have already started an investigation against Sameer Wankhede and have now issued summons to Manish Bhanushali, who informed about the presence of drugs on the cruise.

The battle in the cruise drugs case is now starting between the NCB and the Mumbai Police. Mumbai Police has formed a team of four officers to investigate the allegations of dealing against Mumbai NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. Kiran Gosavi has been arrested by the police. Meanwhile, BJP worker Manish Bhanushali, who was informed about the presence of drugs on the cruise has also been summoned by the police.
It is said that Manish Bhanushali is the person who told NCB about the drugs in the cruise and on his behest, the NCB raided. Bhanushali was hiding for several days after the drugs were found on the cruise. He also threatened his life. But now the Mumbai Police has called him for questioning.
According to the information, the police have called him for questioning today itself. Summons have been issued to Bhanushali on the complaint of Prabhakar Sail.

What did the Mumbai Police do in the drugs case?
Screws on Sameer Wankhede: Prabhakar Sail has claimed in the affidavit that he had heard KP Gosavi and Sam D'Souza discussing a deal of Rs 25 crore in exchange for leaving Aryan Khan. Some of this amount was to go to NCB also. In this connection, Mumbai Police has started an investigation on Wankhede. The police have appointed 4 officers for the investigation. ACP Dilip Sawant will supervise the investigation.
- Arrest of Kiran Gosavi: The Pune Police has arrested KP Gosavi late in the night in the case of fraud. KP Gosavi is also a witness of NCB in the Aryan Khan case. He has been arrested in the fraud case registered in 2018.
Summons to Manish Bhanushali: Police have issued summons to Manish Bhanushali, who describes himself as a BJP worker. He has been called for questioning today itself. Bhanushali is the same person who informed NCB about the presence of drugs on the cruise. Bhanushali had told in a conversation with Aaj Tak on October 6 that he had got information about the drugs party on the cruise on October 1. He told NCB about this on 2 October. After that NCB raided the cruise. Bhanushali was also present on the cruise as a witness at the time of the raid.
