 CSK captain Dhoni hit this 96 meters long six towards deep midwicket off Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) bowler Siddharth Kaul. With this victorious sixer, Chennai won the match by six wickets and made it to the playoffs for the 11th time. Dhoni played an innings of 14 not out off 11 balls.

In reply, Chennai won the match by scoring 139 for four in 19.4 overs. Chennai openers Rituraj Gaikwad scored the highest 45 and Faf du Plessis scored 41 runs.
