Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's bail application was rejected by the Mumbai Sessions Court on Wednesday. After this, his lawyer applied for bail in the Bombay High Court. Aryan Khan's bail will be heard in the Bombay High Court on October 26 (Tuesday).

Superstar Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is behind bars for 14 days. They are so caught in the drugs case that they are not getting any relief at all. On Wednesday, the Mumbai sessions court rejected Aryan's bail application. Now his lawyer has applied for bail in the Bombay High Court. Aryan Khan's bail will be heard in the Bombay High Court on October 26 (Tuesday).

This means that Aryan Khan will have to spend at least 5 more days in Arthur Road Jail. Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Manshinde asked Justice Sambre for a date for hearing the bail. Satish Manshinde had appealed to hear the bail on Friday or Monday. But Justice Sambre has fixed the hearing on Aryan's bail on Tuesday next week.

If we look at the working days of Bombay High Court, the court will run for only 8 days between October 21 and November 7. October 23, 24 being Saturday and Sunday, there will be a court holiday. There will be a Diwali break from 1-6 November. Then on 7th November, there will be a Sunday holiday.
Shahrukh Khan reached jail to meet their son
Aryan Khan is in jail in Arthur Road, Mumbai for the last 14 days. Due to the Kovid protocol, till now the family members were not allowed to go to the jail and meet the prisoner. But now the ban has been lifted. Soon after that Shahrukh Khan went to meet their son Aryan Khan in jail on Thursday. The meeting of both lasted for 15 minutes. Both talked through the intercom. There was a glass wall between them. Earlier, he used to talk to his son on a video call.
Aryan Khan's Foreign Link Claimed
Aryan Khan was caught by the NCB on October 2 from a cruise ship in Mumbai. Along with Aryan, his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also arrested. All three have been arrested by the NCB in the drugs case. Although NCB did not get drugs from Aryan, the agency has claimed Aryan's drugs chat. There has also been talking of Aryan buying drugs in large quantities from foreign nationals.
