शाहरुख खान के बेटे आर्यन खान को जेल तक पहुंचाने वाले NCB के जोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेड़े अब क्रूज ड्रग्स केस की जांच टीम को लीड नहीं करेंगे। मुंबई जोनल यूनिट के पास मौजूद क्रूज मामले समेत ड्रग्स से जुड़े 6 केस की जांच के लिए NCB के डायरेक्टर जनरल ने स्पेशल इन्वेस्टीगेशन टीम (SIT) बना दी है। SIT का हेड NCB की ऑपरेशंस विंग के डिप्टी डायरेक्टर जनरल (DDG) संजय सिंह को बनाया गया है। हालांकि, वानखेड़े समेत उनकी जांच टीम के सभी अधिकारी अब भी इन मामलों से जुड़े रहेंगे, लेकिन अब वे IPS संजय सिंह के निर्देशों का पालन करेंगे।

वानखेड़े को हटाए जाने की खबरें सामने आने के बाद DDG ने बाकायदा ऑफिशियल बयान जारी कर स्थिति स्पष्ट की। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी अधिकारी को मौजूदा रोल से नहीं हटाया गया है। वे ऑपरेशंस विंग की जांच टीम को असिस्ट करेंगे। वहीं NCB के साउथ वेस्टर्न रीजन के डिप्टी DG मुथा अशोक जैन ने कहा कि हमारे जोन में आर्यन समेत कुल 6 मामलों की जांच अब दिल्ली की टीम करेगी।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, वसूली समेत फर्जी कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट के आरोपों के बाद वानखेड़े पर कार्रवाई की तलवार लटक रही थी। NCB के उच्च अधिकारी मामले की जांच भी कर रहे हैं। वसूली मामले की जांच कर रहे NCB के DDG ज्ञानेश्वर सिंह सोमवार को फिर दिल्ली से मुंबई पहुंच रहे हैं।

नवाब मलिक ने क्या कहा?

NCP नेता और महाराष्ट्र सरकार में मंत्री नवाब मलिक ने वानखेड़े को ड्रग्स केस की जांच से हटाए जाने पर कहा- वानखेड़े को आर्यन समेत 5 केस से हटा दिया गया है। इस मामले में 26 केसों की जांच होनी चाहिए। ये तो शुरुआत है। सिस्टम को साफ करने के लिए कई कदम उठाए जाने की जरूरत है।

जांच से हटाने के बाद वानखेड़े का बयान

ड्रग्स केस की जांच से हटाने के बाद वानखेड़े ने कहा कि मुझे जांच से हटाया नहीं गया है। अदालत में मेरी रिट याचिका थी कि मामले की जांच किसी केंद्रीय एजेंसी से कराई जाए। इसलिए आर्यन मामले और समीर खान (नवाब मलिक के दामाद) मामले की जांच दिल्ली NCB की SIT कर रही है। यह दिल्ली और मुंबई की NCB टीमों के बीच एक कॉर्डिनेशन है।

वानखेड़े पर 8 करोड़ की रिश्वत लेने का आरोप

कथित प्राइवेट इन्वेस्टिगेटर और NCB के गवाह केपी गोसावी के बॉडीगार्ड प्रभाकर सैल ने एक हलफनामे में समीर वानखेड़े पर 8 करोड़ रुपए की रिश्वत लेने का आरोप लगाया था। प्रभाकर ने दावा किया कि गोसावी और किसी सैम डिसूजा को 18 करोड़ रुपए की बात करते सुना था और 18 करोड़ रुपए में डील तय हुई थी।

गोसावी और सैम ने कथित तौर पर 18 में से 8 करोड़ रुपए NCB अधिकारी समीर वानखेड़े को देने की बात कही थी। प्रभाकर ने यह भी कहा है कि उन्होंने केपी गोसावी से यह कैश लेकर सैम डिसूजा को दिया था। प्रभाकर ने बताया था कि उनसे पंचनामा का पेपर बताकर जबरन 10 खाली कागजों पर साइन करवाया गया था। उनका आधार कार्ड मांगा गया। उन्हें इस गिरफ्तारी के बारे में कुछ नहीं पता था।

नवाब मलिक ने वानखेड़े पर क्या आरोप लगाए थे

1.मलिक ने वानखेड़े को फर्जी आदमी कहा था। उन्होंने कहा था कि बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट में उनका नाम समीर दाऊद वानखेड़े है।
2.बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट में टेम्परिंग करके उनके पिता ने नाम बदला था, उसके आधार पर कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट निकाला गया और दलित कैंडिडेट का हक मारकर वे IRS बने।
3.मलिक ने कहा कि बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट के मुताबिक, समीर की माता मुस्लिम थीं।

According to sources, the sword of action was hanging on Wankhede after allegations of fake cast certificates including recovery. Higher officials of NCB are also investigating the matter. NCB's DDG Dnyaneshwar Singh, who is probing the recovery case, is again reaching Mumbai from Delhi on Monday.

What did Nawab Malik say?

NCP leader and minister in Maharashtra government Nawab Malik said on the removal of Wankhede from the investigation of drugs case – Wankhede has been removed from 5 cases including Aryan. Wankhede's statement after being removed from the investigation

My writ petition in the court was that the matter should be investigated by some central agency. Wankhede accused of taking bribe of 8 crores

In an affidavit, Prabhakar Sail, the bodyguard of alleged private investigator and NCB witness KP Gosavi, had accused Sameer Wankhede of accepting a bribe of Rs 8 crore. Prabhakar claimed that Gosavi and someone Sam D'Souza had been heard talking about Rs 18 crore and the deal was settled for Rs 18 crore.

Gosavi and Sam had reportedly promised to give Rs 8 crore out of 18 to NCB officer Sameer Wankhede. Prabhakar has also said that he took this cash from KP Gosavi and gave it to Sam D'Souza. Prabhakar had told that he was forcibly made to sign on 10 blank papers by telling him the paper of Panchnama. His Aadhar card was asked. He did not know anything about this arrest.

What were the allegations made by Nawab Malik on Wankhede

Malik had called Wankhede a fake man. He had said that his name in the birth certificate is Sameer Dawood Wankhede.
His father had changed the name by tempering the birth certificate, on the basis of that the cast certificate was taken out and he became IRS by killing the rights of the Dalit candidate.
Malik said that as per the birth certificate, Sameer's mother was a Muslim.
