A train derailed in the US state of Montana on Saturday. 3 people died in this accident, while more than 50 are injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital. There were 147 passengers and 13 crew members onboard the train.
The Empire Builder train running from Seattle to Chicago derailed in central Montana at 4 p.m. Rail operator Amtrak said the train had two engines and 10 coaches, seven of which derailed. People were waiting near the track with their belongings at the time of the accident. Meanwhile, several coaches derailed, one of which overturned and fell on the other side.
