The Public News 24 visited the Campus of Pillai's Institute of Technology, New Panvel to understand the readiness of the Institute to welcome the students after the Pandemic.

Mr. Priam Pillai, COO of the institute, Dr. Sandeep Joshi, Principal PIIT,  Dr. Avinash R. Vaidya from Electronics & Telecommunication Dept. and Prof. Arun Pillai with all the teaching & non-teaching staff were present to update on the current status of the institute in welcoming the students to the campus after a long period of time. 

How the Institute is changing its thinking from a Traditional Engineering College to a New Technologically advanced and updated institute which can not only impart a good education but give their students the practical edge over the theoretical understanding of the concepts taught to them in the Institute. How PIIT is upgrading itself under the new leadership of COO Dr. Priam Pillai.

It was told to us that though the whole world was going through difficulties and pain due to Corona Pandemic the Management and the staff of the PIIT were very well engaged in updating and upgrading their strengths and focusing on the hidden opportunities which others may have ignored and lost. They have invested their time and energy in Brain Storming for making their institute ready for the Future and take the institute to new heights. The top management along with the middle management working hand in hand to make students comfortable and confident when they step into the Institute after a gap of almost 18 months.
